Aprvtio ALD-200 Refrigerant Gas Leak Detector is a powelful and economic HVAC tool, which is equiped with sensitive sensor, big display screen, easy-operate buttons and hand-held shapes. The freon leak detector uses the heated diode detection principle. Maximum sensitivity up to 0.14oz/yr and response time is less than 3 seconds. ALD-200 is equipped with large LCD screen, so that the test results are more intuitive. The exclusive design of appearance is in accordance with human body mechanics to make it the best experience for users.

Refrigerant Gas Leak Detector

Key Features

  • High Sensitivity and Adjustable】Compared with traditional freon leak detectors, ALD-200 ac leak detector sniffer is more accurate and less susceptible to interference from other gases. 3 modes of sensitivity with maximum sensitivity up to 0.14oz./yr. 16 inch sensor probes of the hvac leak detector that allows you to reach hard-to-reach areas.
  • Audible & Visual Alarm with Mute Function】When the leakage is detected, the leak detector hvac screen will show the leakage level, and more rapidly it beeps. Press the MUTE button to turn on/off the buzzer.
  • User-friendly Design】 Reset Function of the ac leak detector allows you to identify leaks without the false positives of the background concentration. Peak function records the max. value of leaks. The built-in 3000mAh rechargeable battery of the freon tester is more environmentally friendly and provides continuous 6 hours working time.
  • Detecting All Halogenated Gases】The detector de fugas de refrigerante detects [CFCs: R12, R11, R500, R503 etc.] [HCFCs: R22, R123, R124, R502 etc.] [HFCs: R134a, R404a, R125, R438a etc.] [HFOs: R1234 etc.] [HCs(Hydrocarbon): R290, R600a etc.] [ Blends: AZ-50, HP62, MP39, R410a etc.] [PFC: PFC-14, PFC-116, PFC-218, etc]
  • Color Graphic Display 】The r134a leak detector features a new color graphic display that helps locate leaks using a unique bar graph mode to show the amount of gas detected and changes colors as it gets closer to the leak.
  • Durable and Oil Resistant】The car ac leak detector for home is extremely rugged and features a durable and oil resistant design and construction that is very friendly to repair engineers
  • Worries Free Gas Detector 】Meet EN14624, SAE-162, SAE-2791 and SAE-2913 standards. We offer one-year warranty for the freon detector. If you have any questions, please contact us and see more product information on the details page.

Heated Diode Sensor

High-precision heating diode sensor, Refrigerant Halogen Leak Detector can help you quickly identify all halogen refrigerants including but not limited to: CFCs: R11, R12, R500, R503, etc.; HFCs: R125, R134a, R404a, R410a, etc.; HCFCs: R22, R123, R124, R502, etc.; HCs category: R600a, R290, etc.; HFOs: R1234yf, etc.; Mixed refrigerants such as: AZ-50, HP62, MP39, etc.

The alarm of leakage

The detected leakage intensity is proportional to the buzzer sound frequency. At the same time, the LCD screen bar graph will show the leakage intensity from bottom to top. Visual tracking of the entire refrigeration system (all piping, hoses, fittings, couplings, service valves, etc.) looking for lubrication oil leakage, damage and corrosion signs, If it is present, may be a leak point.

Very Nice Gas leak Detector

Im super impressed with this detector. This unit is very simple and easy to use. It will detect leaks in virtually all types of Freon systems. Very well made and a great bargain compared to what a service technician or a mechanic would charge for the same test. Highly recommend this unit.

It works at detecting 134a gas very well.

I used this to sniff out a leak on a old salt water fish tank chiller that I had in the garage. I had replaced it because it had a leak that I just never could find. Since I got this unit I decided this would be the perfect test. I put a pound or so of 134A gas back in the chiller and started sniffing around and within 1 minute it was confirming that the leak was coming from a copper line that was hard to reach to by hand. I then teared the unit down and used some soapy water in a squeeze bottle. Sure enough the leak was coming from a soldered joint near the compressor. So yes it works and works well.
